Responsibilities
- Provide support and administration for ERP System and business applications.
- Manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, incl hardware, software, networks and user support.
- Monitor system performance, security, backups and ensure business continuity.
- Coordinate with vendors and users to resolve technical issues and implement system improvements.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, incl AI, automation and process improvement projects.

Requirements
- SQL, MS Office and VBA knowledge is a MUST.
- Diploma IT/Computing/Computer Science or at least 3 years of working experience in similar role.
- Sound knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking and M365 applications.
- Familiarity with databases, system administration, cybersecurity practices and help-desking.
- Exposure to AI tools, workflow automation or digital transformation projects will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with a proactive service-oriented mindset.
