Responsibilities
- Lead underwriting for large and complex commercial floorplan loans for dealers and manufacturers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial credit underwriting, including large and complex loan structures.
- Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, loan structuring, collateral evaluation, and cash flow modeling.
- Working knowledge of applicable banking regulations and supervisory guidance (e.g., OCC/FDIC) and internal risk-rating systems.
- Ability to communicate complex credit recommendations clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with portfolio management, monitoring, and risk reporting tools preferred.
- Proficiency with credit underwriting systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Axos Bank Target Range: $120,000.00/Yr. - $170,000.00/Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
