Position Summary The PCS Scrubber Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of equipment that controls chemical and particle contamination within our semiconductor fabrication facility (Fab). This role blends engineering, process control, and quality assurance to keep cleanrooms within strict contamination limits while keeping downtime and operating costs low. Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Core Responsibilities Operation & Optimization Monitor scrubber performance metrics such as flow, pressure, and particle counts. Lead Kaizen and poka‑yoke activities to mitigate contamination trends. Draft, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs). Compile monthly KPI dashboards and validate SOP consistency. Maintenance & Reliability Assist with development preventive‑maintenance (PM) schedules for all scrubber components. Troubleshoot equipment failures using root‑cause analysis (5‑Why, Pareto, fishbone). Coordinate spare‑part logistics and inventory for critical items. Maintain detailed PM logs and corrective‑action records. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure scrubber operation meets site regulations and quality expectations. Keep audit‑ready records that demonstrate traceability for inspections. Produce QA audit findings and corrective‑action plans.
