Responsibilities
- Corporate Safety & Risk Management
- Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of corporate safety programs across APAC offices and workplaces.

- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), safety metrics, and compliance reporting for senior leadership.
- Benchmark corporate safety practices against industry standards and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Emergency Preparedness & Incident Management
- Lead business continuity, emergency response, crisis management, and evacuation preparedness programs.
- Coordinate emergency drills, tabletop exercises, and response training across regional locations.
- Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and security events, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with security, facilities, HR, and business leaders to ensure organizational resilience and employee wellbeing.
- Regional Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with Facilities, HR, Legal, Corporate Security, Real Estate, and Operations teams to ensure integrated risk management strategies.
- Provide guidance and consultation to regional leadership teams on workplace safety and security matters.
- Manage relationships with external consultants, regulatory authorities, landlords, and service providers.
- Support regional expansion projects, office relocations, and new site assessments from a safety and security perspective.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives supporting employee safety, business protection, and corporate resilience.
- Training & Awareness
- Design and deliver safety training programs, compliance workshops, and emergency preparedness sessions.
- Coach local site representatives and workplace safety champions.
- Promote a culture of safety ownership through effective communication and engagement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Risk Management, Engineering, Security Management, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, CSP, ASP, WSHO, or equivalent a plus
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Safety, EH&S, Workplace Safety, Risk Management, Corporate Security, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing safety programs within multinational corporations or regional corporate environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple countries across APAC and navigating diverse regulatory environments.
- Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action management.
- Exposure to corporate security, business continuity, emergency management, or enterprise risk management programs is highly desirable.
- Experience working with senior business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.
