Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training programs aligned with organizational objectives and learner needs.

  • Adapt to evolving business needs by learning and supporting different processes as required.
  • Commit to travel (up to 30% of working time) based on project or operational needs.
  • Role Requirements
  • 9+ months in functions similar to those the Training team supports with demonstrated strong performance. Experience with Compliance Operations teams is considered an advantage.
  • Interest in adult learning and training development. Experience with facilitating training, mentoring peers, or similar, either at Western Union or elsewhere.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong presentation skills, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse groups.
  • Ability to communicate at ease with supervisor/manager/leader levels
  • Intermediate knowledge of the main MS Office tools.
  • Facilitation skills, mentoring / coaching, proactiveness, collaboration, attentiveness to detail, analytical skills, growth mindset
  • Flexibility to adjust to different shifts occasionally.
  • Knowledge of instructional design and training experience is considered an advantage.
