HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• You will plan and execute recruitment activities (job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination)
• You will manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• You will administer and improve HR policies and procedures
• You will support payroll preparation and social insurance tasks
• You will handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws
• You will develop and execute employee engagement initiatives
• You will maintain and analyze HR data, prepare reports
• The Essentials - You Will Have:
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and social insurance systems
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• High ethical standards and responsibility in handling confidential information
• Native-level Japanese and Business-level English
