THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a TITLE 5 GRANTS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS) (MI USPFO), Position Description Number NGT5869000 and is part of the MI USPFO, National Guard. **This position is only open to current onboard Title 5 employees that work in the Michigan National Guard USPFO** Qualifications are based on breadth/level of experience.
