Responsibilities Greet prospective residents warmly, qualify leads, and present properties in a persuasive, professional manner using feature/benefit selling techniques Complete lease applications, assist with verification, and notify applicants of results promptly Negotiate leasing terms and execute lease agreements Respond quickly and professionally to resident concerns and service requests Promote available units through social media and other marketing channels Conduct periodic property inspections and ensure proper maintenance Maintain accurate resident records and update daily reports (vacancy, notice to vacate, activity Minimum 1 year of residential property management leasing experience 1 year of Yardi experience Knowledge of leasing rules and regulations Proven track record in sales and customer service Warm, friendly, and professional communication style - in person and by phone Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work weekends as needed Ability to speak Spanish is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must pass drug screening and background check Please send us your resume for consideration.
