Job Description: Learning Operations Specialist (f/m/x) Mars Global Services | HR Department Location: GSW - Warsaw (hybrid up to 50%) The Learning Operations Specialist is an integral part of a global team delivering learning solutions across Mars. This role focuses on coordinating virtual and face-to-face learning experiences for leadership audiences, ensuring smooth execution and a high-quality participant journey. You will collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions, acting as a trusted partner who brings together people, processes, and tools to enable impactful learning initiatives. What would be your key responsibilities? End-to-End Learning Coordination - coordinate the deployment of leadership learning programs across all stages of the learning journey - from planning through delivery, ensuring all elements are aligned and executed seamlessly, including coordination of face-to-face programs. Learning Delivery Support & Systems - support the administration of learning systems (e.g. Workday LMS) to ensure learning activities are accurately set up and maintained. Stakeholder Partnership & Communication - act as a primary contact for participants and senior stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication throughout the learning lifecycle. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement - monitor processes, maintain data quality, prepare insights and reports, and identify opportunities to enhance the learning experience and operational efficiency. Budget Management Operations - conduct budget operations related to training deployment, such as managing purchase orders for logistics and training services, as well as ensuring accurate invoice processing and cross-charging. What are we looking for? 2-3 years of experience in a coordination, operations, HR services, or client-facing environment Fluent English (spoken and written) Ability to navigate multiple priorities and keep activities moving forward in a structured way Confidence in working with stakeholders across different regions and levels of seniority Strong focus on understanding stakeholder needs and delivering a positive experience Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities Familiarity with systems such as Workday or similar LMS platforms Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SNOW is a plus Experience supporting budgets or tracking costs is a plus What can you expect from Mars?
