Job's mission As part of ASM's Global Operations, you will lead New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept to high-volume production, ensuring seamless execution across the product lifecycle. You will connect cross-functional teams, align schedules, and drive delivery against critical milestones to bring advanced semiconductor solutions to market. Your work will directly contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement in how we commercialize our technologies. What you will be working on Define and drive overall NPI program schedules, ensuring alignment with execution plans and successful delivery of key milestones across the product lifecycle, including tool delivery in Global Operations Lead regular program meetings with cross-functional stakeholders, providing clear status updates and identifying risks, gaps, and support needed Track progress against program objectives and timelines, ensuring transparency and accountability across teams Develop and implement metrics to measure NPI program performance and drive continuous improvement across product introductions Partner with key stakeholders to support strategic product commercialization initiatives and enhance operational processes
