Location: NYC (Hybrid - at least 3 days onsite/week) Visa Sponsorship: Talan does not sponsor U.S. work permits or employment visas. We are seeking an experienced Listed Clearing KYC Specialist to join our team and work on post-trade operations across listed products. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of US clearing market practices and be ready to take ownership of daily operations, controls, and client service. Role and responsibilities Supervise outsourced/offsite support teams on a daily basis to ensure transactions are processed accurately and controls are maintained Ensure all positions and balances in the firm's DTC/OCC accounts are in sync with internal systems at all times Monitor OCC activity including CMTA flows, exercises and assignments, and make sure all clearinghouse margin requirements are met Own problem resolution for escalated transaction exceptions and failures, and liaise with Natixis affiliates using Natixis as their US clearing provider Validate outbound invoices, oversee the allocation of clearinghouse charges, and prepare recurring management reporting Partner with Front Office teams on change management initiatives and coordinate responses to audit and regulatory requests #MNRK 3+ years of experience in Financial Services, ideally in Banking or Brokerage operations with direct exposure to post-trade and settlements Strong knowledge of DTC including positions management, reconciliations and exception resolution, plus working knowledge of OCC margin management and CMTA flows Experience with Stock Borrow/Loan (US and/or Foreign) and Equity Tri-Party operations Broadridge Shadow platform experience is a plus Company's Benefits At Talan, we invest in our employees' well-being and empower them with benefits, including: 💵 Competitive salary between USD $90,000 - US$125,000 💸401(k) retirement plan with company matching 🌴15 days of paid vacation per year at hire and up to 27 according to seniority (annual untaken vacation days are cashed out) 📴8 paid holidays + 5 sick days + 2 personal days per year ❤️🩹Company health, dental, and vision insurance plans + FSA 🦺Voluntary STD and LTD 🚍 Commuter/transit benefits All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
