About the role

Senior Project Manager Office at: CHANGI BUSINESS PARK {Expo MRT} Work at project sites Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm Salary is up to $11,000 - $13,000 Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline Minimum 15-20 years of relevant construction industry experience, including at least 10 years in project management and senior leadership roles. Proven track record of successfully delivering at least two construction projects with individual contract values exceeding S$300 million. The role is accountable for achieving project objectives across Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SEQDC) while ensuring compliance with contractual, statutory, regulatory, and company requirements. Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of project execution throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against project objectives and SEQDC targets. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Develop and implement project execution strategies, construction methodologies, resource plans, and delivery programmes. Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations are achieved. Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, environmental requirements, company EHS policies, and project-specific plans. Oversee quality management processes to ensure works are executed in accordance with project specifications, applicable standards, and client expectations. Manage project budgets, forecasting, procurement, cost control, contract administration, variation management, and commercial risks. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while implementing effective corrective and preventive actions. Ensure all statutory approvals, permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements are obtained and maintained to support project delivery. Provide regular project reporting on safety, quality, programme, cost, risks, and overall project performance.
