Our Mobility team is currently looking for a Technical Service Specialist to work from the Ford´s plant located in Craiova, Romania. He/she will be responsible for the execution and monitoring of the correct adjustment and application of Axalta products integrating a team of 5 people from Axalta working in the plant. Key Responsibilities / Main Activities Act as first point of contact on all technical items for the plant. Provide technical direction and assistance to Axalta / Customer regarding the use of Axalta´s products Provide input for best possible application and process set ups for the use of Axalta´s products Respond to questions and concerns from Axalta / Customer regarding products and/or process issues Analyze product data to provide Axalta / Customer with quality improvement proposals Work closely with Axalta / Customer technical and manufacturing teams to support product quality Analysis of product defects and identification of root causes Documentation of quality incidents Prepare accurate and timely technical reports Represent Axalta in technical customer meetings Prepare data related to correct demand planning (customer forecast, consumption, stock level in the customer site, etc.) Respect and enforce safety instructions in the site
