Process non-DG shipments. Track shipments for specific customer accounts. Register custom documents on national customs website. Execute and follow up of daily reports. Create non-DG files in our own SAP system. Send out pick up instructions to our road service providers. Verify & document booking confirmations and container releases of ocean carriers. Contribute to maintain good relationships with suppliers as ocean carriers, trucking companies and other parties involved. Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed and updated in the DLSOP. Understand department process flow, and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Meet KPI standards in accordance with the company's procedures. Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies / procedures and external government regulations or customer's policies / requirements. Escalate problems to Management when necessary. Understanding of export documentation process a plus. Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results. Pro-active, strong organizational skills. Good computer skills. Fluent in English/Dutch.
