Responsibilities
- Primary Responsibilities:
- To serve customers at Ticketmaster locations in a courteous, knowledgeable and efficient manner in order to support customer demands
- To provide information, answer questions and transact ticket purchases via credit cards, cash, EFT or cheque payments.
- To consult with the Ticketing Operations Manager or Admin Manager when required with the goal of providing the highest possible standard of customer service
