- Industry Knowledge: High preference for candidates with experience in FinTech, Procurement, or AP/AR/Payments automation.
- Strategic Mindset: A "builder" who is proactive and resourceful, with a proven ability to motivate individual contributors in a complex, multi-stakeholder sales environment.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to interpret data and coach others on forecasting discipline and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and interact confidently with C-level executives.
