Job Description Job Responsibilities Drive the development, review and lifecycle management of Unit Trust products to support the Bank's wealth management and investment objectives. Formulate and execute product strategies, business plans and initiatives to achieve growth targets in assets under management (AUM), sales, profitability and customer adoption. Conduct regular reviews of product offerings, product performance, competitiveness and client needs to identify enhancement opportunities and product gaps. Lead the assessment, onboarding and launch of new Unit Trust products, including product due diligence, approval processes and implementation. Manage product-related matters including material events, fund mergers, fund closures, corporate actions, prospectus updates, regulatory changes and other fund-related developments. Ensure all Unit Trust products comply with internal policies, product governance standards, risk frameworks and regulatory requirements. Work closely with Business Risk & Control Management, Compliance and Lega functions to ensure timely implementation of regulatory and product changes. Act as the key liaison between fund houses, internal stakeholders and external partners on product-related matters, regulatory matters and strategic initiatives. Partner closely with Portfolio Counsellors and Client Group teams to drive product penetration, product campaigns and business growth. Provide product expertise, market insights and training to frontline teams to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Collaborate with Technology & Operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day product operations, timely resolution of issues and enhancement of operational efficiency. Lead and coordinate system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), process improvements and implementation of new product capabilities. Monitor and improve product processes, controls and service delivery standards to enhance customer and operational outcomes. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Unit Trust, Investment Products or Product Management, with at least 3 years in a product management role. Professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, CFP, FIMM, IPPC or equivalent will be an added advantage. Strong understanding of Unit Trust products, investment markets, wealth management practices and product governance frameworks. Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance expectations and risk management principles relating to investment products. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Proficient in data analysis and presentation tools, with the ability to leverage data to support business decisions and product strategies. Strong knowledge of investment products, particularly Unit Trusts, mutual funds and managed investment solutions. Demonstrated ability to develop, execute and monitor product strategies and business growth initiatives. Strong product governance and regulatory management capabilities. Ability to analyse sales, AUM, profitability, customer and market data to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights. Experience in product launch management, project implementation and stakeholder coordination. Strong understanding of operational processes, system workflows and change management within a banking or wealth management environment. Commercially driven with the ability to balance business growth objectives, customer outcomes and risk considerations.
