About the role

We are a company specializing in the wholesale and installation of sintered stone, with extensive project experience and a stable customers base. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a responsible and communicative individual to join our sales team. Job Overview: The company is looking for a motivated and organized sale representatives to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, have a strong sense of responsibility, and can handle a variety of tasks to support our daily operations, we'd love to meet you! Job Description: Provide good customer service and assistance to all clients Liaise with internal departments to ensure the sales orders are fulfilled Able to manage digital catalogue profile Able to update stock inventory Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Verbal communication in both Mandarin and English Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Requirements

• Minimum"O" Level and above
• Possess at least 1 year working experience in renovation/interior design environments
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (able to communicate with Chinese speaking clients)
• Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player and self-motivated individuals with a positive mindset
• Well groomed, friendly and engaging personality
• Able to work on Saturdays & Sundays (6 days work week with one off-day on weekday)
