Responsibilities
- Our strategic focus is capturing Share of Wallet; we are not looking for a screen operator or trader, but a high-level B2B business originator who leverages technical advantages and competitive exchange rates to move existing corporate flows into our ecosystem.
- Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Enterprise Origination: Actively identify and acquire corporate clients with high transactional volumes, primarily importers, manufacturers, and multinational companies with intensive foreign payment needs.
- Consultative FX Sales: Analyze the current operational structures of prospects (including hidden costs in bank exchange spreads, SWIFT settlement times, and fees) to design tailored financial savings proposals.
- Flow Migration: Lead the commercial strategy to convince and guide clients through migrating their real payment flows for international suppliers onto Clara's platform.
- C-Level Pitching and Negotiation: Structure and present financial optimization simulations to treasury committees, CFOs, and General Directors.
- Internal Synergy: Coordinate directly with Risk, Compliance (international KYC/AML), and Product teams to streamline and accelerate the onboarding process for complex corporate clients.
Requirements

- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in FX Corporate Sales, Corporate Banking, or top-tier Brokerage Firms, directly managing corporate enterprise portfolios.
- Deep technical understanding of the foreign exchange market ( FX Spot, Forwards) and international payment architecture (SWIFT network, local transfers).
- An active network and established relationships with financial decision-makers (C-Level) within the mid-market and enterprise business sectors.
- Proven role-specific execution in complex B2B enterprise sales cycles, with the ability to build immediate institutional credibility with experienced treasurers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate financial strategies clearly.
- Adaptability to fast-changing environments and a strong drive to transform traditional financial processes.
- Understanding of operational pain points when integrating financial flows with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Experience or interest in AI tools to automate sales workflows and increase productivity.
- Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets, SQL, or Python to evaluate client financial data.
