Reporting back on hygiene performance and sharing insights with senior management. Knowledge of food safety legislation and hygiene protocols. Eligible to work in the United Kingdom. Availability to work permanent night shifts. 5+ years of experience in hygiene management within a food manufacturing environment, ideally during night shifts. Experience managing large teams with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Relevant qualifications in food hygiene or related fields are beneficial but not essential.
