About the role

You are responsible for delivering insightful reports and analyses and providing data-driven insights across various business functions. You will work hands-on with existing systems and data, even when data quality and processes are not ideal. Reporting & Analytics: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g. in Power BI) for Management, Finance, Sales, and Operations. Education: Degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration (with a quantitative focus), Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a comparable field. Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role. Systems: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power BI, and Excel. Technical Skills: Knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), SQL; experience with JSON and TMDL is a plus. Data Expertise: Experience building and maintaining data models, reports, and dashboards. Working Style: Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach, even with imperfect data. Communication: Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for business stakeholders. Languages: Fluent, business-level English is required; German is a plus.
