Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders and deliveries in the ERP system
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments
- Book and monitor transportation with freight forwarders and carriers
- Maintain regular communication with customers, distributors, and logistics partners
- Coordinate activities with external warehouse providers
- Resolve delivery issues, shipment delays, and customer claims
- Ensure accurate shipping, customs, and order documentation
- Support inventory and order accuracy across systems
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Service, and Supply Chain teams
- Drive continuous improvements in logistics and back-office processes
Requirements
- We are looking for a candidate with relevant education and experience in logistics, order management, customer service, supply chain administration, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in logistics, customer operations, order management, or back-office functions
- Experience working with international shipments and export documentation
- Strong understanding of order-to-delivery processes
- Experience using ERP systems and digital business tools
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Additional Asian languages are considered an advantage
