Responsibilities

Requirements
- University degree in computer science, engineering, data science, business informatics, innovation management or a related field.
- Experience at the intersection of business and technology, including the delivery of practical technology solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of business processes and stakeholder needs, with the credibility and communication skills to work effectively with internal clients and cross-functional teams.
- Strong hands-on understanding of modern AI systems and agentic workflows, including LLM integration, retrieval, tool use, context orchestration, caluations, guardrails, observability and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions and to bring structure and clarity to complex environments.
- Good understanding of the requirements of a regulated environment, ideally combined with experience in financial services.
- Strong communication skills in English, German and additional languages relevant to LGT locations are an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, sound judgement and a pragmatic, responsible approach, with the ability to simplify ambiguity and develop workable solutions.
