Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Manage and guide cleaning workers on-site to ensure efficient task completion
• Monitor staff attendance and prepare work schedules to optimize manpower deployment
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and proper use of cleaning equipment and materials
• Liaise with clients to understand and respond to site-specific cleaning needs
• Oversee the use of cleaning materials to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness
• Required competencies and certifications
• Minimum 10 years of practical experience in the cleaning industry
• Ability to independently handle manpower and daily cleaning operations
• Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays, and beyond regular working hours as needed
• Willingness to stay in company-provided lodging/dormitory accommodation
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Basic communication skills in English to facilitate effective team and client interactions
• Strong leadership and site management skills to lead cleaning teams effectively
• Responsible, hardworking, and punctual work ethic
