Requirements

- Experience at a leading private equity firm, alternative asset manager, placement agent, investment bank, institutional consultant or other top-tier financial services platform.
- Demonstrated private equity or broader private markets fluency, including the ability to understand and articulate investment strategy, portfolio performance, value creation, market environment and fund-level considerations.
- Experience developing, drafting or reviewing investor materials such as DDQs, PPMs, pitch books, quarterly reports, investor letters, white papers or other investor communications.
- Strong analytical capability and facility with financial, operating and performance information; high proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and AI tools.

The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to the senior leadership of the Private Equity group, the broader PE investment team and the Ares relationship management team, with the maturity to help drive fundraising priorities, ongoing and ad hoc investor servicing support of sophisticated LPs and represent the business credibly both internally and externally.
