About the role
Working across the London Borough of Barnet, you will undertake urgent Occupational Therapy and Moving & Handling Risk Assessments for complex cases requiring timely intervention. Work collaboratively with health, social care, and community partners. Referral Criteria Includes: You will assess referrals involving: Unsafe transfers and mobility situations presenting an immediate risk of injury. High-risk moving and handling concerns affecting service users or carers. Safeguarding concerns relating to equipment or manual handling. Equipment that is no longer fit for purpose and presents a significant safety risk. Requests for increased care support requiring specialist manual handling assessments. Palliative care cases where alternative specialist services are not involved.
