About the role
In this role, you'll help new restaurant and retail partners get started on Wolt. You'll guide them through the onboarding process, communicate with them (mostly in German), and make sure their menus and information are correctly set up in our systems. - Check that all information is accurate, complete, and up to date
- Follow up on missing or unclear details with partners
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues and keep onboarding on track
Requirements
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable with phone communication and partner-facing tasks
- Detail-oriented and confident working with systems and data
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive mindset - you notice when something is missing and follow up
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in administration, operations, or customer support
- Experience in hospitality, food, or retail
