About the role

Working days: 830am - 6pm, 5 days including Sat (Sun off) Execute air import operations including cargo clearance, warehouse handling, and delivery coordination Coordinate with ground handlers, customs, and service providers on daily shipment activities Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs and regulatory requirements Track and follow up on shipments from arrival to final delivery Manage vendors for clearance, warehousing, transport, and permit submissions Ensure cargo handling meets safety and security standards Support Customer Service team to ensure smooth shipment execution Verify and maintain records of vendor invoices and operational costs Assist in incident reporting and corrective action follow-up We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
