Who we're looking for Toyota's Consumer Insights Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Consumer Insights Senior Analyst for the New Mobility & Future Business Team. The Consumer Insights Senior Analyst will be a member of a team of marketing research professionals that gather the voice of the customer across a variety of research projects related to Industry Analysis, Consumer Analysis, Concept & Product Development, Launch Activities, Market Positioning, Communication, and deepening our understanding of consumers. Expertise is required for a variety of qualitative and quantitative projects that include Focus Groups, Secondary Research, Syndicated Studies, Surveys, Marketing and Product Clinics, Pricing Studies, Stimuli Development, Optimization Testing, and In-Market Tracking. A large and growing focus for this team is to influence the TMNA future mobility strategy by injecting the voice of the customer into business decisions with respect to all-new mobility solutions. Reporting to the Consumer Insights Future of Mobility Manager, the person in this role supports the department's objective of championing the desires of our consumers to ensure they are at the center of the decisions made by our engineers, product planners, designers, marketers and executives.

Responsibilities

  • Industry Analysis: Secondary and Primary research to understand customer needs and determine opportunities for innovation. This includes customer research related to target customer sizing, competitive assessments, and initial segmentation activities to partition the target buyer groups.
