Proficient knowledge on claim management process Knowledge on Automotive Legislation / regulation(s) related to customer area for operation Knowledge on product life cycle and change management at customer and Bosch Adequate knowledge on legal, product liability, data security, cost awareness Competent in Analytical thinking and problem solving - System and Product Complete knowledge of Customer organisation, Processes, strategy and Ecosystem Positive attitude to work with customer, network with customer profiles & able to Lead self with team Ability to work with customer on Projects to improve overall quality statistics - Hardware and Software Negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills (internal teams and Customer teams)
