Job Description: Work with the Test Engineering team to develop, debug, and maintain production test program for Microcontroller devices. Support Si validation activities including characterization, qualification, and production testing. Assist in debugging test issue and improving test coverage and efficiency. Collect, analyze, and summarize test data using ATE. Requirements/Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Semiconductor Physics. - Basic programming or scripting experience. Experience with lab equipment: scope, DVM, waveform generator, etc. Travel Time: No Travel Physical Attributes: Feeling, Seeing, Talking, Works Alone, Works Around Others Physical Requirements: 80% sitting, 10% walking, 10% standing Microchip Technology Inc is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
