Work environment: Our Bedford Park plant is a dynamic, 300-acre facility operating 24/7, 365 days a year. You'll be part of a unionized team working rotating 5-week shifts across three shifts (8-16 hours), five days a week. While the work is challenging, it offers opportunities for growth and stability. The plant atmosphere can be demanding, with varying temperatures, noise levels, and potential exposure to heights. Respiratory protection may be required in certain areas and it also may also involve encounters with pests.
