How you'll shape the future of the High Yield Pulp department: Optimize and adapt as appropriate the organizational structure of the department and staff appropriately. Manages day-to-day activities in the area, including scheduling, work assignments, maintenance coordination, operator qualification and training, and process troubleshooting. Maximizes the productivity and reliability of equipment to produce product that consistently meet customer requirements. Work closely with the technical department to understand and meet technical specification and customer expectations. You'll be someone who can bring: Education: bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical Engineering or equivalent Experience: 6 to 9 years applicable experience with degree. At least 10 years' experience without degree Good ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and flexible work style.
