About the Role We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Corporate Legal Assistant to support legal, compliance, and corporate operations across the firm. This role works closely with leadership, external counsel, and cross-functional teams to manage agreements, legal documentation, compliance initiatives, corporate records, and operational projects. Contracts & Agreements Draft, review, edit, and track agreements and legal documents Prepare and manage NDAs, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, employment agreements, offer letters, and amendments Coordinate contract execution and signature workflows Maintain contract repositories and document management systems Monitor agreement renewals, obligations, and key deadlines Employment & HR Legal Support Draft offer letters and employment-related documentation Support onboarding and employment documentation processes Assist with employment compliance requirements and recordkeeping Coordinate with HR and leadership on policy updates and documentation Legal Research Conduct legal and regulatory research across relevant jurisdictions Monitor regulatory developments affecting the business Summarise findings and recommendations for leadership and external counsel Support special projects requiring legal, regulatory, or compliance analysis Corporate Governance Maintain corporate records and legal documentation Assist with board materials, resolutions, and corporate filings Coordinate with external counsel, service providers, and regulatory bodies Support entity management and governance processes Administrative & Operational Support Coordinate legal, compliance, and operational projects across the firm Maintain organised filing systems, records, and documentation Track critical deadlines, renewals, filings, and action items Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation Support leadership with special projects, research, and business initiatives Handle confidential business and legal information with discretion and professionalism Requirements 2+ years of experience in legal operations, corporate legal support, compliance, paralegal, contracts administration, or a related role Experience drafting, editing, and managing agreements and legal documentation Strong legal research and analytical skills Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and document management systems Preferred Qualifications Paralegal certificate, legal studies background, or related education Experience supporting corporate governance, compliance, or employment matters Familiarity with DocuSign, contract management platforms, and legal operations tools Experience working with external counsel and professional service providers Who Thrives Here The best candidates are proactive, resourceful, and highly organised.
