About the role

Voxel is building the future of Computer Vision and Machine Learning for operations, risk, and safety. We use computer vision and AI to enable existing security cameras to automatically detect hazards and high-risk activities, keep people safe and drive operational efficiencies. Our technology addresses the key cost drivers for workers' compensation, general liability, and property damage, which cost US employers over $500 billion annually. As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Voxel, you will own the technical relationship across the full customer lifecycle - from pre-sales validation through deployment and ongoing optimization. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise IT, infrastructure, and security stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of Voxel's edge AI platform within complex network environments. This role is critical to accelerating sales cycles, reducing deployment risk, and driving long-term customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with enterprise IT and security teams during pre-sales engagements and post sales/deployment architecture.
  • Validate network readiness and design scalable, secure deployment architectures across distributed sites.
  • Partner closely with Sales to remove technical blockers and increase deal confidence.
  • Own technical implementation strategy post-signature, ensuring smooth rollout across multi-site environments.
  • Serve as senior escalation point for network and infrastructure challenges during deployment.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear, executive-ready summaries and action plans.
  • Develop standardized implementation playbooks and best practices to scale enterprise deployments.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering to improve deployment efficiency and integration flexibility.

Requirements

  • Required Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience in enterprise network engineering, infrastructure architecture, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Significant experience working directly with enterprise IT and security stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in networking and cybersecurity fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, Proxies, SD-WAN).
  • Proven ability to own complex technical workstreams from discovery through go-live.
  • Strong executive communication skills and comfort influencing Director/VP-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success operating independently in high-growth or ambiguous environments.
  • Experience supporting AI-driven deployments.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Background in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
  • Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, etc.).
