About the role
Duties and Responsible - Full spectrum of Account Payable and Account Receivable functions - Arrange payment of suppliers and Accounts Receivable payment collection - Handle full sets of accounts including data entry into accounting system and Filling ,inter company transactions reconciliation, Import Shipment document, Sub-con claim and staff claim - Prepare Monthly financial statements, management reports, financial forecasts, quarterly GST submissions - Year-end closing activities and liaise with external auditors and tax agents on audit and corporate tax matters. - Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal control procedures. - Any other ad-hoc administrative or accounting assignments - Work closely with senior account executive in day-to-day activities of the finance department. Job Requirements - Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Min 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.( Construction sector is preferred). - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero). - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
