Responsibilities

• Manage transactional support activities including document indexing, Oracle system set-ups, and price updates.
• Provide assistance through the Copeland Supplier Portal, including registration processing, internal and external training, responding to inquiries, and creating Advance Shipping Notices.
• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers to collect information required for surveys and other supply chain initiatives.
• Support business plan continuity and collaborate with other supply chain teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Job Specifications:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 months' experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule (2 PM-11 PM and 8 AM-5 AM).
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling specialized tasks.
