Responsibilities

  • -Conduct interviews with consumers and collect diagnostic documentation to support eligibility determinations and the development of individualized employment plans.
  • -Maintain accurate and timely case documentation throughout the rehabilitation process using the designated case management system.
  • -Prepare and process essential paperwork, including billing, payment forms, and correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support as directed by the counselors, ensuring all related tasks are completed effectively and in compliance with program standards.

  • Salary Range: $37,782.00-$66,120.00
  • Recruitment Range: $37,782.00- $46,000.00

  • Administrative Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in performing routine office tasks including data entry, document preparation, scheduling, and accurate filing, with a strong emphasis on precision and attention to detail.
