🛡️ Disciplinary Support Officer (Ang Mo Kio)

About the role

Support the school's discipline team in maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment while guiding and engaging students positively.

Responsibilities

• ✅ Manage latecomers, detention, and suspension cases
• ✅ Conduct school patrols during and after school hours
• ✅ Assist with discipline case investigations and documentation
• ✅ Provide guidance and support to students
• ✅ Support school events and administrative duties
• ✅ Maintain records, data entry, and tracking

Requirements

• ✔ Minimum Secondary School education
• ✔ At least 1 year of experience working with youths/students
• ✔ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• ✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
• ✔ Patient, responsible, and able to handle challenging situations calmly
• ✔ Team player with a positive attitude
• ✔ Able to work independently
• Working Hours
• 🕒 Mon & Wed: 7.30am - 3.30pm
• 🕒 Tue & Thu: 7.30am - 5.30pm
• 🕒 Fri: 7.30am - 4.00pm
• 🚫 No work on weekends and public holidays
• School Holiday Periods
• 🌴 No service required during:
• Year-end school holidays (Nov-Dec 2026 & 2027)
• Mid-year school holidays (June 2027)
