Manager, Finance - Mergers & Acquisitions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or Engineering
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, transaction services, or corporate strategy preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good financial and commercial acumen
• Familiarity with financial modelling and valuation methodologies
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under tight timelines
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in energy, infrastructure, offshore/marine, industrials, or related sectors is an advantage

• Mon - Thu: 8:00am - 5:15pm
• Fri: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Additional Information

Support the evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives Conduct industry, market, and competitor research to identify potential opportunities and strategic trends Assist in financial analysis, valuation, and business case development, including financial modeling and scenario analysis Support preparation of investment materials, and internal approval papers for senior management and Board discussions Coordinate and support due diligence activities across financial, commercial, legal, tax, operational, and technical workstreams Assist in managing external advisors including investment banks, consultants, legal counsel, and accounting firms Support transaction execution activities including data room management, tracking of action items, and coordination across internal stakeholders Support post-transaction integration and synergy tracking where applicable
