Respond to customer enquiries received through calls, emails, and other electronic channels in a timely and professional manner. Support customer-facing sales teams by preparing budgetary quotations for standard and less complex requirements. Coordinate customer visits, meetings, and sales events, including preparation and execution support. Process customer orders and generate order acknowledgements, invoices, and shipping notifications. Communicate order status, inventory updates, delivery timelines, and other sales-related information to internal and external stakeholders. Assist in resolving customer concerns related to orders, shipments, and after-sales support. Compile, analyze, and report inventory and stock status information where processes are standardized and repetitive. Support branch operations and retail sales activities to ensure smooth execution of sales processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate sales and customer records while supporting sales pipeline activities and forecasting processes.
