Plan, prepare, and deliver quality classroom instruction in lecture, clinical, and/or laboratory format based on the approved course outline by selecting and utilizing a variety of approved course materials and teaching methods that address all learning modalities to ensure that the needs of individual students in the Radiography, Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging programs are met. Major Job Duties: Is knowledgeable of course development, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising. Assess student learning using appropriate methods. Participating in the assessment process, as appropriate Conduct an engaging classroom lecture and/or lab based on the course outline. Motivate students by demonstrating sensitivity for concerns and actively involving students in classroom discussions and/or activities. Make arrangements for equipment and supplies, or other activities as needed Complete all course assessments as required Use technology to enhance the teaching/learning in the classroom Travel to assigned clinical facilities Maintaining current knowledge of the professional discipline Maintaining appropriate expertise and competence through continuing professional development
