Using effective communication and Salesforce skills you provide pre- and post-sale monitoring, escalation and resolution support. You ratify orders for completeness, accuracy and eligibility. You collaborate with teams in an office environment and should expect a high volume of client interactions. WHAT OUR SALES OPERATIONS SPECIALISTS ENJOY MOST Perform pre-and post-sale activities to manage in-flight proposals and orders. Complete records and sales orders by capturing client, contact, product, price and other information. Initiate the installation process by creating new orders, service and billing accounts, sales opportunities, service requests and client records. Determine the serviceability of client locations through assessments of available information. Assess the ROI models, identify sites in the design configuration and validate against the ROI. Prepare client proposals and contracts in compliance with product requirements. Ensure appropriate billing codes are entered into the CRM system. Evaluate order details, determine the correct order processing path and categorize. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS Required Qualifications Experience: One year of project coordination experience; Three years of data entry and sales support or client service work experience; Three years of B2B billing and CRM platform experience. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical skills: Familiar with using multiple CRM, billing and other systems; History of building orders and selecting Salesforce billing code; Proficient in Microsoft Office. Skills: Critical thinking and English communication skills. Abilities: Team-oriented with the ability to handle requests and resolve issues in fast-paced environment.
