Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting various stages of the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and a background in manufacturing or warehouse operations. Responsibilities Operate and assist with the setup of manufacturing equipment, including forklifts and power tools Assemble components using hand tools, mechanical knowledge, and assembly techniques Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specified standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization Support maintenance tasks such as basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on machinery Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Experience Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is preferred Familiarity with forklift operation, hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems is highly desirable Experience working with manufacturing equipment or in assembly line settings is a plus Ability to read technical diagrams or instructions is beneficial Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards are essential for success in this role Forklift License Benefits: Dental care Extended health care On-site parking Paid time off Wo rk Location: In person
