Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrative and service contact for high-net-worth clients and their professional advisors, including CPAs, attorneys, and business managers.

- Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Series 7 preferred.
- Minimum of five years of client service experience supporting high-net-worth individuals within an investment management firm, private bank, or broker-dealer.
- Strong understanding of equity, fixed income, and alternative investments.
- Proven knowledge of account registration requirements and related documentation.
- Experience working with custodians such as Charles Schwab and/or Fidelity Investments.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service and supporting internal stakeholders.
- The starting base salary is $72,000.00 to $95,000.00 plus applicable bonuses and incentives.
- The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible to participate in a company incentive plan.
- This position requires U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency (Green Card holder) as a condition of employment. We are unable to sponsor work visas or provide support for OPT/CPT programs for this role
