Requirements
- Strong typing speed with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and follow‑up skills with the ability to manage strict deadlines
- Ability to take initiative while working under attorney direction and established procedures
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously in a litigation-focused environment
- Demonstrated experience with heavy scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of court-related activities
- Insurance defense, bodily injury, or legal administrative experience preferred
- Familiarity with Connecticut litigation practices and the Connecticut Judicial Branch e‑filing system is strongly preferred

The role supports litigation and bodily injury matters and is responsible for entering and managing case-related data including pleadings, motions, and all trial, arbitration, and mediation correspondence. The individual manages calendars, files, and related events in case management systems and supports the full lifecycle of files, including closing and archiving. The position also monitors and routes internal and external communications, works closely with attorneys, courts, and vendors, and ensures high-quality client service.
