On the day-to-day, you will: Lead major operational and strategic initiatives that drive performance, with a focus on clinical excellence, patient experience, and mission expansion solutions, including the development of tools and management processes to enable standardization at scale Proactively identify improvement opportunities and management process gaps, then implement solutions with alignment from key stakeholders Organize and structure cross-functional teams to drive complex programs across both shared functions and market operations Synthesize and present learnings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders and executive leadership Support strategic planning and governance of operations initiatives Hire, train, develop, supervise, and coach Operations team members Job requirements include: Bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MHP) Minimum of five (5) years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role supporting enterprise-level initiatives that impact clinical operations Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members Passionate about improving the quality and cost of healthcare in the U.S. Strong understanding of managed care models and what initiatives impact quality and total cost of care Strong analytical foundation with the ability to synthesize conclusions and direction from incomplete data using qualitative and quantitative methods Strong spreadsheet and slide deck presentation skills We are seeking a Director, Operations Support & Strategy that ideally has clinical experience. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
