- Employee Lifecycle: Design and execute a high-touch onboarding experience. You ensure the administrative journey is frictionless and professional from Day 1 to offboarding.

- Company Secretarial Liaison: Coordinate with external firms for statutory filings and ensure all local corporate governance requirements are met.
- Team Vitality: Plan and execute local events and team-building activities that align with our firm's culture of Exploration and Performance .
- Required Profile
- Experience: 5 - 10 years of HR/Operations experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., Technology, Fintech, or Professional Services).
- HK Regulatory Mastery: Deep functional knowledge of the HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and local tax requirements.
- Operational Rigor: You are "process-obsessed." You believe that clean data and accurate administration are the foundation of employee trust.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work as the sole operational representative in a satellite office, reporting to a remote HQ.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for bridging the HK office with our regional hubs.
