They are seeking a proactive and resourceful Strategic Partnership Lead to drive the setup and expansion of new business initiatives and markets. This role calls for a strong grasp of the crypto ecosystem, client needs, and regulatory landscapes across different regions, coupled with hands-on experience in building processes from the ground up. If you excel in fast-moving, startup-style environments and enjoy leading complex, cross-functional projects, this is a unique opportunity to shape and scale a high-impact venture. In this role, you will: Support the full lifecycle of the Stablecoin project - from license application and client onboarding to product integration and operational launch. Contribute to market entry planning by assessing local regulatory frameworks and identifying strategic opportunities and risks across target jurisdictions. Collaborate with banking and financial partners to establish and manage accounts supporting multi-jurisdictional operations. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and licensing requirements. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery. Develop a deep understanding of client needs to create customized solutions aligned with their trading and liquidity objectives. Provide regular progress reports and operational insights to key stakeholders, including the Global Business Development Executive. You might thrive in this role if you have: Strong understanding of the digital asset ecosystem, including stablecoin markets, regulatory trends, and client use cases. 8+ years of experience in partnerships, project management, or business operations within digital assets, fintech, or financial markets. Demonstrated success in driving initiatives across legal, compliance, product, and operations teams in a global setting. PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred, with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects. Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on, adaptable, and results-driven, with the ability to navigate fast-changing business environments.
