Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to book appointments, respond to enquiries, manage cancellations, and conduct follow-ups professionally

  • Ability to upsell services and meet sales-related KPIs such as conversion rates, customer retention, and average spend
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Diploma, A-levels, or equivalent education; relevant coursework in hospitality, retail, or beauty industry preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or front-desk roles; salon or F&B experience is an advantage
  • Skills in multi-site coordination, time management, accurate data entry, teamwork, and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Mandarin or other local languages (Malay/Tamil) is a plus for customer communication
